YogiBarre -

Our signature class! Flow, strengthen and burn extra calories. This class fuses together the strengthening benefits of barre and the flexibility and core benefits of yoga with low impact fitness movements! It is a truly invigorating class.

50 min class

Gentle Yoga -

Gentle Yoga is great for those wanting a slower paced practice. Maybe you need a break from your busy day or maybe you are new to yoga. There are lots of reason to choose a gentle Yoga class. This is also a great class for seniors, pregnant women, and students recovering from illness or injury. Gentle Yoga has a slower pace and the Instructors give more instruction on how to use props such as chairs, the wall, blocks and straps if needed.

60 min class

Chair Yoga -

This gentle form of yoga is practiced sitting on a chair or using a chair for support during standing poses. Chair yoga is especially suitable for older adults, people with balance or coordination issues, and those with disabilities. Chair yoga can help  to improve flexibility, circulation, strength, balance and concentration. This class incorporates strengthening and stretching through yoga postures, and includes a relaxation at the end of each class.

Barre Fusion -

An energetic class that combines the best of Barre and Pilates. Focus is on muscle control and core strengthening. A variety of equipment will be used during class to achieve your best possible burn!


60 min class

Barre Fight -

Are you ready for a new spin on cardio kickboxing! This energetic fun workout takes place both on and off the barre. This 50 minute workout will leave you smiling and feeling stronger and more energetic! NOTE- There is no physical contact in this class.

Barre -

You don’t need to be a ballerina to workout at the barre! Our Barre class is a low impact, muscular endurance workout that focuses on high repetitions and small, isometric movements. You will use a variety of equipment including bands, balls and weights. Instructors bring the heat with their fun, upbeat playlists and are sure to have your muscles shaking and burning so you walk out of class feeling sleek, toned and accomplished. (This is a 50 to 55 minute class)

Barre Express -

Our usual awesome Barre class shortened to 45 minutes to get you in and out on your lunch break!

Yoga Fit Flow -

In this class, Yoga poses will be linked together in a flowing series that creates strength, flexibility, endurance and balance. This class will also include a 5 minute calming, quiet relaxation time at the end.


50 min class

HIIT the Barre -

This class will alternate between barre exercises and simple cardio movements for the calorie burning benefits of high intensity interval training! This is a 45 minute class that will include a warm-up, a workout and a great stretch!

Yoga 26 -

A truly unique yoga experience that incorporates a specific series of 26 poses designed to warm and stretch your muscles, ligaments and tendons. The practice of these 26 poses will build your strength and endurance, enhance your focus and reshape your body.

Party at the Barre -

This class gives you all of the muscle sculpting benefits of a barre class and a great dance party too!! Leave your troubles at the door! You are sure to enjoy the cardio benefits of our fun easy to follow fitness dance moves along with the body sculpting benefits of Barre!
